Returns Policy

We really want you to be happy with your purchase and hope you love what you’ve bought, if you need to return your order, please complete the return form HERE and email it through to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note all of our items are handmade with natural products so characteristics may differ between each product. Leather irregularities, such as hide marks or colour variations, are part of the beauty of a handmade product and are not considered a fault.

Due to the limited nature of our pieces we do not offer exchanges on any item. If you would like a different item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund.

Return forms must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order. All products need to be returned to us within 14 days for a refund.

Items need to be returned to us in saleable condition, unused and in their original packaging (including the Live Like Lil bag).

Your refund will be credited to the same card you made your payment with – excluding any shipping costs.

Your return to us will be at your cost.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We are so sorry if by some chance your product is faulty – that is not our intention at all!

Please either complete the return form HERE or contact us immediately on (+64) 274 970 583 or email hi@livelikelil.co.nz so we can get it sorted.

Due to the limited nature of our items, we may not always have items in stock. If you have a faulty item that you need to exchange we will do our very best to replace or exchange your item; if we can’t, we will refund you.
